Customized or personalized items, including engraved or made-to-order jewelry, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and certificates intact.
2. Return Timeframe:
Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
